FOLKS! The Holidays are upon us as are all the drinks, cookies, heavy foods, treats, candy, mindless eating, etc….. With 3 days to go until Christmas, and 9 days until New Years Eve, we have a choice to make. Do I go whole hog and eat and drink whatever I want, OR, do I give myself the freedom to enjoy it in moderation? I have to tell you that I am 100% confident you will wish you picked the second option every time. Nobody likes waking up with a hangover – alcohol or food. You know that food hangover feeling, don’t ya? Bloated, gassy, swollen fingers, puffy face, general BLAHHHH. What comes next is the quick fix and atonement… “ugh, well I guess I’ll be chugging water and eating salads today.” Do you though?
